The Hospitalist CME Getaway

The Hospitalist CME Getaway brings that same practical, case-based approach to an immersive continuing medical education experience.

Rather than focusing on abstract or overly academic discussions, the program emphasizes the clinical problems hospitalists encounter every day—and the high-risk situations in which timely, evidence-based decision-making matters most.

Topics include sepsis, acute respiratory failure, pneumonia, acute kidney injury, electrolyte emergencies, chest pain, heart failure, stroke, gastrointestinal bleeding, cirrhosis, diabetic ketoacidosis, anticoagulation, and other common challenges encountered on hospital medicine services.

The conference is designed for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine hospitalists, advanced practice providers, residents, and other clinicians who care for hospitalized adults.

CME You Can Use on Your Next Shift

Dr. Bukhari’s goal is simple: provide CME that is practical, efficient, clinically relevant, and immediately useful.

Attendees should leave with clearer approaches to common inpatient problems, stronger clinical reasoning, and practical strategies they can bring directly back to their hospital practice—all while enjoying the experience of learning in a destination setting away from the demands of the hospital.

Learn. Recharge. Return to the hospital better prepared for your next shift.
